I always experience slow speed on my phone anytime I have more than One Heavy App running at the same time.

How can I make it faster?

  1. I’ve heard peeps complain about their smartphone hanging, lagging and as a result, it becomes unusually hot.

    How to Speed up Your Andriod Phone

    The reason is mostly running heavy app at the same time, but you can make the phone faster.

    If you experience this often, follow the steps below;

    • Reboot your smartphone. Android operating system responds well to a reboot,
    • Download and install CCleaner.

    CCleaner will help you speed things up by freeing up RAM and clear up all the debris that accumulates as caches. If you want the app to automatically clean your phone on schedule, then you can go for the pro version.

    How to Speed Up Your iPhone

    There are two ways to do this… either through iPhone with Face ID or Touch ID depending on what your smartphone has.

    A. Freeing Up Space Using Face ID

    First of all, activate a feature called AssistiveTouch by doing any of the below;

    • Tap Settings > General > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch, then switch on AssistiveTouch
    • Tap Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut and then click AssistiveTouch
    • Ask Siri: “Turn on AssistiveTouch”

    I recommend using the first option because it immediately allows you to add the Home button to the menu by clicking on Customize Top Level Menu… and making sure the Home button is there. Tap on a button to add it if it is not there.

    To Clear the RAM

    • Go to Settings > General > Shut Down
    • DO NOT SLIDE TO POWER OFF! Instead, bring up the AssistiveTouch menu and hold the virtual Home button until the screen returns to the Lock screen (usually about a second or so)
    • Done!

    B. Freeing Up Space Using Touch ID

    • Go to Settings > General > Shut Down
    • DO NOT SLIDE TO POWER OFF! Instead, press and hold the Home button until the screen returns to the Home screen (usually about 5 seconds)
    • Done!
