They said fear is one of the universal seven emotions that has a lion share in everyone who has ever stepped on the surface of the Earth. Even the tough Adolf Hilter of West Germany must have had his own share of fear, little wonder he committed suicide on the 30th of April, 1945. You see, a lot of things happened in 1945, but today is not for history, it is about facing our fear. It is considered a negative emotion that serves an important role in keeping us safe, better still, handicapped, from doing things.
Fear is caused by different things, ranging from natural, psychological, and physical happenings. Fear can be expressed in so many ways. The facial expression is the type of fear that is glaring and more prevalent on the face. A raised eyebrow, teeth-gnashing, exaggerated eyelids, are some of the examples that depict fear on the face. Vocal Expression is also a way that depicts fear. Whenever your voice cracks and breaks at something, then you are obviously terrified. A sensation of fear is when you experience some rather strange things like cold feet, shaking hands
Here are practical ways to overcome one’s fear
Learn to overcome your fears. It is nothing but an illusionary mind game that you only give permission to mess with you. Fear is nothing
